Flude Property Consultants are delighted to share with you the most recent office market update prepared by our dedicated office agents.

The Brighton & Hove office market continues to experience the stop-start level of activity that many of the regional centres have witnessed since the pandemic. That is not to say it has completely dried up out there, with approximately 250,000 sq ft of office space let in 2023, however, the rising vacancy rate amongst the Grade B office stock is a slight cause for concern.

Uptake across West Sussex remains steady. Emphasis is continuing to be placed on landlords to provide best in class or unique products, with buildings which have seen a lack of investment or refurbishment, continuing to remain stagnant. Supply is still low though the introduction of 10,000 sq ft of modern accommodation at the top of the market in Chichester has pushed availability figures up.
