Flude Property Consultants are delighted to share with you the most recent office market update prepared by our dedicated office agents; Ed Deslandes, Lizzie Cottrell and Sebastian Martin.

We are pleased to report that we are still experiencing a good and consistent level of demand for offices in Brighton & Hove. Demand is mainly centered around good quality space located in the core city centre area, with a preference for space that is well fitted and ready for immediate occupation.

We are also experiencing higher levels of enquiries for office premises in Chichester and West Sussex when compared with the previous quarter. It has inevitably began to quieten down as we approach the festive period, but we are confident that occupier activity will continue in the New Year.
