0.48 Acre Commercial Site and Buildings in Wivelsfield Green Sold

On behalf of Travis Perkins, we are delighted to have concluded the sale of a 0.48 acre former builders merchants site with various buildings in Wivelsfield Green; an attractive village in West Sussex close to Haywards Heath.
The site was suitable for a variety of uses and offered redevelopment potential (STP).
A thorough marketing campaign saw good interest generated in the site. Following a best bid process, terms were agreed with an investor and the sale recently concluded at a price in excess of the guide price.
