A Succession of Retail Lettings in Chichester

It has been a busy few weeks for our retail and leisure team in Chichester with a string of completions and other units going under offer.
The Rare Brand Market has taken 40 East Street, which is expansion space for their existing store in Little London. The business is a regularly organised marketplace for inspiration, a hub of ideas to celebrate the best products not found easily on every high street.
Just opposite we have seen Rosie Rose, an independent shop specialising in clothing, homewares, furniture and gifts, relocate into 3 Stocklund House and taking on a longer lease.
The service sector continues to fill some of the voids left on the High Street with 40 South Street being let to Adams Barber Shop, which is his first shop having worked locally for a number of years.
Director, Sebastian Martin, commented, “It is a lovely part of our job to see businesses doing well and wanting to expand or relocate to better units – especially in the current times. It is also fantastic to see new businesses open and start to thrive."
