Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Alex Minchell has qualified as a RICS Chartered Surveyor.

Alex joined Flude in 2017 as a Graduate Surveyor and worked within the firm’s property management department. He quickly progressed to the role of Property Management Surveyor within the firm and managed a wide variety of properties on the South Coast, with a focus in Brighton and Chichester. Day to day, this involved liaising with clients, tenants and contractors in order to facilitate the individual needs of each distinctive property and party involved.

Now, Alex works within the firm’s professional services department as a Lease Advisory and Valuation Surveyor, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of a variety of landlord and tenant clients, together with the preparation of valuation reports.

Alex Minchell, commented, “I am very happy to have recently qualified, and I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this without the continued support of my colleagues within Flude. I have been able to gain a wealth of experience across departments, which gave me a great foundation for tackling the RICS APC. I’d like to thank everyone at Flude and all the people within the property industry who supported me throughout the process. Now it is time to enjoy my weekends again!.”
