Black Sheep Coffee to Open in Chichester

Flude Property Consultants are pleased to have just concluded a letting to Black Sheep Coffee in Chichester. Black Sheep Coffee have 30 locations mainly in the UK, and have expanded in to the USA, France and the Philippines.
Terms were agreed for a new 15 years lease without a break, subject to 5 yearly rent reviews which are index linked at a commencing rent of £100,000 per annum exclusive.
Flude represented the freeholder, a private property company, and Prime Retail Property represented Black Sheep.
