Flude Property Consultants are delighted that all five of the speculatively built warehouse / industrial units at Donnington Business Park in Chichester are now under offer.

Flude were able to agree terms with four different tenants who are all taking leases of varying lengths of the five brand new units at Donnington Business Park. The units are due to be completed in January 2022 and will be ready to occupy by the new tenants from this date.

Donnington Business Park is a modern and well-established estate, situated in an attractive semi-rural area along the A286, with easy access to the A27 Chichester By-Pass about half a mile to the north. Existing occupiers on site include Kreston Reeves and The RNLI.

The design of each new unit is of high quality, offering an attractive and modern working environment. All five units have 4.4m eaves, allocated parking and electric car charging points. The units have been designed to create a flexible space to support a wide range of potential users and we are looking forward to seeing the new tenant’s open and trading from January next year.
