Flude Place as the Runner Up at the 2024 Regatta Event

Flude Property Consultants were proud to once again be one of the boat sponsors and take part in PropSail, which took place on Friday 7th June. Held at the Royal London Yacht Club in Cowes, PropSail is a fantastic day of sailing, fundraising and networking with other property professionals.
Alice Masterman was the skipper in the team, joined alongside Sebastian Martin.
Senior Surveyor, Alice Masterman, commented, “A lot of work goes on behind the scenes for this event and the committee did a great job of pulling it together, with the hosts at Royal London Yacht Club. Last year we didn’t have much wind but this year we had plenty of wind and sunshine which led to 4 great races.
We managed to hold onto 2nd place with a 2nd, 1st and two 3rd, improving on our 3rd place from last year. The event is perfect for networking and teamwork and we can’t wait for next year. Hopefully we will achieve the win!”.
PropSail raised over £2,000 for Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, which is an incredible achievement.
