Flude Property Consultants Win Brighton & Hove Office Awards for Second Consecutive Year

The 2022 annual CoStar Award winners were announced this month. The awards use CoStar's commercial property database to carry out detailed analysis of the thousands of deals in the UK and recognise the most active agents in their respective regional markets nationwide.
Flude Property Consultants have been recognised as winners; our 10 strong agency team have received ‘top 5’ awards in five separate categories in the 2022 CoStar Awards for Brighton & Hove, the South East and the South Coast.
Flude Property Consultants' were named as Brighton & Hove's Most Active Office Disposal Agent for both the total number of deals and the total quantity of square footage transacted for a second consecutive year. This reaffirms that our dedicated office agent, Ed Deslandes, and his team are the most prolific office agents across the city of Brighton & Hove.
We also received a further three 'top 5' awards in the South East and the South Coast; much wider, and hence more competitive, geographic areas. In the South East, we placed 3rd in in the Industrial Award for number of disposals which is two places up from our 5th place position last year. In the South Coast, we placed joint 3rd place with CBRE in the Office Award for number of disposals and for the first time, we entered the Office Award for quantity of square footage transacted in 5th place.
In summary, we have placed in the following categories;

- 1st place in ‘Office Award - Most Active Disposal Agent (S/F)’
- 1st place in ‘Office Award - Most Active Disposal Agent (Number)’
Market – South East of England
- 3rd place in ‘Industrial Award - Most Active Disposal Agent (Number)’
Market – South Coast of England
- 3rd place in ‘Office Award - Most Active Disposal Agent (Number)’
- 5th place in ‘Office Award - Most Active Disposal Agent (S/F)’
