Flude have just concluded the sale of 11 Sussex Road, Haywards Heath.

Having initially inspected the property, it became apparent that there was no lease in place for the existing tenant who occupied the whole building and had operated from the unit for many years. We advised our client how to best proceed and introduced a solicitor to help create a lease which would enable them to then sell the premises. Once the lease was in place, we were then able to bring the property to the market and promptly attracted a number of interest parties which resulted in four offers.
