Hatchet Harry's Axe Throwing to Open in Former Pizza Hut Unit

Monday 6 June 2022

Flude Property Consultants were instructed to market the former Pizza Hut restaurant on Dyke Road in Brighton.

The unit, in a prime central location, offered over 2,000 sq ft of space which despite being previously used as a restaurant, would have suited a variety of uses.

The unit has been let to Hatchet Harry’s Axe Throwing, who have taken a new 10 year lease. Hatchet Harry’s teach the art of axe throwing across the UK, having opened their first unit in Newcastle. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and teaching axe throwing in an enjoyable way with an emphasis on safety.

Director, Will Thomas, commented, "This was an interesting and initially large space that came back to our client when Pizza Hut, who had been in occupation for a long time, suddenly left last year. The space was quickly reconfigured and with Brighton having such a strong leisure market, the letting to Hatchet Harry's was agreed and I am sure axe throwing will be well received.

Leisure and particularly food led enquires are still highly sought in the city and we have other sites currently under offer within this sector soon to complete".
