High Street Investment in Gosport Sold for £435,000

Flude Property Consultants were instructed to market the freehold interest of a mixed use investment opportunity in Gosport.
The property comprised a mid-terraced three storey retail unit with ramp access. Internally, the ground floor provided a sales area, office and a safe to the rear of the property with lift access up to the first and second floor. At the time of sale, the first and second floors are were laid out as offices with W/C, kitchenette, staff room and plant room.
The property was sold to a private investment company for £435,000.
