Kim Barnard is Promoted to Director

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Kim Barnard has been promoted from Associate to Director.
Kim joined Flude Property Consultants in September 2014 and works as a surveyor within our property management department. Kim now has over 18 years of property management experience.
Kim currently manages 39 properties ranging from multi-tenanted office blocks to industrial estates. She is responsible for the day to day management of the properties including maintenance, health and safety compliance, rent and service charge administration and arrears recovery.
After qualifying as an RICS Associate in May 2016, Kim is responsible for ensuring that the property management department are kept up to date with new and changing legislation. She is responsible for the implementation of new strategies across the department to ensure compliance across the Flude Property Consultants management portfolio.
