Flude Property Consultants have acted on behalf of the purchasers PNH (Properties) Ltd in the acquisition of the freehold property known as Interbridges, New Brighton Road, Emsworth.
The site extends 0.84 hectares (2.08 acres) in area and is situated in a plot of land to east of the New Brighton Road, being north of the main south coast railway line and south of the A27(M), in Emsworth on the Havant/Chichester border.
Interbridges is an allocated Employment site and benefitted from historic consents to provide a two-storey veterinary practice, four industrial/business units, parking/storage yards with a secondary consent for 15 business units totalling 2,217 sq m, plus a commuter car park.
