Navigator Hotel, a Historic Seafront Property, Sold for £865,000

The iconic Navigator Hotel, a longstanding establishment situated on the seafront, has been sold to a local buyer this week. The new owner, who is purchasing the hotel as part of a lifestyle change, acquires the property after 22 years of ownership by the previous client. The sale was successfully completed with a guide price of £865,000.
The Navigator Hotel comprises 12 ensuite letting rooms, a manager's flat, a restaurant and a bar, offering a comprehensive hospitality experience to both locals and visitors. Its prime location on the seafront has made it a popular destination for guests.
The sale was managed by Flude Property Consultants in conjunction with joint agent Nick Earee of Fleurets.
