Two Modern Industrial Units Now Sold in Brighton

Flude are pleased to share that we have now sold two industrial units at Sea View Way, Woodingdean Business Park, Brighton.
The two units are located on the Woodingdean Business park which borders the South Downs National Park and just up the hill from Brighton & Hove Albion’s Stadium.
The units were owned by different parties marketed alongside one another and quickly attracted a great deal of interest. After just a short period of marketing, several offers were received and they were both sold to the same local business.

There has been, and continues to be, a shortage of industrial and warehouse units for sale in the city and the response for these units was almost instant. This just goes to show how strong the appetite is locally within this sector to buy.”
