Two Units Sold on Bolney Grange Industrial Park

Flude Property Consultants have successfully completed the sales of Units 18 and 24 Bolney Grange Industrial Park, with both transactions finalising in June. Although the sales were unrelated, they reflect continued demand for well-located industrial units.
Unit 18, comprising approximately 1,900 sq ft, plus 1,000 sq ft mezzanine, was sold to an owner-occupier at a guide price of £450,000. Meanwhile, Unit 24, offering 1,919 sq ft with no mezzanine, was acquired by an investor at a guide price of £340,000.

With operators increasingly struggling to secure space in Brighton, many are looking further North. Bolney’s excellent connectivity via the A23 makes it an attractive alternative."
