Western Road Restaurant Letting Completed

With a number of agents instructed on the letting of the unit, we are delighted to have let 76 Western Road in Brighton on behalf of our client, Moreton Investments Ltd.

The prime retail unit was let to an exciting new restaurant operator and Flude are looking forward to see them open and trading later this year.

The unit, which is arranged over the ground and lower ground floor, offered 1,636 sq ft of space. Internally it provided open plan space with storage space and W.C’s.

Western Road is one of Brighton & Hove’s main retailing and commercial thoroughfares and the property is situated within an established trading location on the southern side of Western Road near to Preston Street. Occupiers within the vicinity include Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Poundland, McDonalds, Subway, Caffé Nero, Betfred and Superdrug.
