Office Market Update

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to share with you the most recent office market update prepared by our dedicated office agents; Ed Deslandes and Lizzie Cottrell.
It has been apparent that the local office market in Chichester has slowed down over the past couple of months, with fewer enquiries being received. Following a ‘flurry’ of lettings being completed earlier on in the year, it appears that the cost-of-living crisis and uncertainty surrounding the Russia-Ukraine war has resulted in many occupiers being reluctant to reconsider their occupational requirements at present.
Meanwhile over in the Brighton market, we have seen a good and consistent level of demand and take up over the course of the spring period. However, as we head into the summer months, we are starting to see things quieten down a bit as the market generally does at this time of year.
