Flude has successfully completed the sale of The Roofing Centre, Moneyfield Lane, Portsmouth, acting on behalf of a Private Client.

The freehold investment comprises a well-established builders merchant site extending to approximately 0.7 acres and represents a strong commercial investment opportunity within Portsmouth’s established trading environment.
