The Brighton office's retail team is pleased to announce the successful letting of the ground floor and basement unit at 34 West Street, Brighton.
Having acquired the premises through an off-market transaction last year, the property underwent a brief period of marketing, attracting multiple offers for client consideration.
Terms have now been agreed with Wimpy, who will occupy 2,285 sq ft and are aiming for an opening in time for the New Year.
