Flude Completes Sale of Plot 5B, Terminus Road, Chichester – Industrial Investment

Flude Property Consultants has successfully completed the sale of Plot 5B, Terminus Road, Chichester, West Sussex, for £1.542 million.
The modern multi-let logistics and industrial investment attracted strong investor interest and represents another significant South Coast disposal for Flude in 2025. The transaction follows the successful sale of the Topps Tiles (Quarry Lane) investment earlier in the year, further highlighting the firm’s active role in the region’s increasingly competitive investment market.
Plot 5B is a contemporary, well-specified industrial estate let to two tenants with a strong income profile. Its strategic location, close to established transport and commercial corridors, contributed to a robust marketing process and a strong final price.
