We are pleased to report the sale of the White House Boutique Hotel in Brighton. Flude Property Consultants acted on behalf of the sellers, who have owned and operated the hotel for over 20 years and are now looking to retire from the industry. The hotel has been sold to London based investors, who will continue to run the hotel.

Director, Will Thomas, commented, “The hotel comprised of 10 letting bedrooms, all fitted out to a high standard, and it traded with strong accounts. We received a number offers for the property and agreed terms at an undisclosed sum from a guide price of £1.35M. I wish the new owners the best of luck with their new venture.”
