Flude Property Consultants Completes Sale of Prime Hove Site for New Commercial Development

We are pleased to announce the successful sale of this development plot fronting Davigdor Road, Hove, and which has been sold with the benefit of planning consent to an owner occupier to develop a new state of the art office building with parking.
The site, positioned in front of the former P&H House on Davigdor Road will complete the comprehensive redevelopment of this part of Hove and which has been the subject of significant investment in recent years, and follows on the back of the sale of nearby Preece House which we also sold recently to a leading residential developer.
Acting on behalf of the vendor, Ed Deslandes and Nick Martin managed the sale from instruction to completion, securing a deal that will see the prominent site brought into active use.
