Flude Property Consultants Win Brighton & Hove Office Awards for Third Consecutive Year

The 2023 annual CoStar Award winners were announced last week. The awards use CoStar's commercial property database to carry out detailed analysis of the thousands of deals in the UK and recognise the most active agents in their respective regional markets nationwide.
Flude are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as
- Winners of Brighton & Hove's Most Active Office Disposal Agent for both the total number of deals and the total quantity of square footage transacted.
- In the top 5 agents for the South East Regional Investment Agency.
Our placing first as the most Active Office Disposal Agent is the third consecutive year we have topped this category and is testament in particular to Ed Deslandes, who heads the firms office agency team, and their prolific activity in the office market.
