New Letting Secured by Flude in Haywards Heath

Flude Property Consultants have successfully let the ground floor of Sheencroft House, 10 - 12 Church Road, Haywards Heath, to the National Education Union (NEU), who have relocated from their previous offices in Ardingly.
Extending to 5,962 sq ft, the newly refurbished office suite occupies a prominent position in the town centre and provides modern, well-fitted accommodation with excellent accessibility.
This letting follows a programme of refurbishment undertaken by the landlord earlier this year, after gaining vacant possession of the building. Since then, Flude have secured two floors, comprising over 9,000 sq ft, to Collinson, and now a further letting to the NEU, leaving just the first floor remaining available.
The deal was handled by Ed Deslandes and Nick Martin.
