Successful Letting at 24 Euro Business Park, Newhaven

Flude Property Consultants are pleased to announce the successful letting of an industrial unit at Euro Business Park, Newhaven, following a lease restructuring that met the needs of both the outgoing/incoming tenants and landlord.
Flude were initially asked to assist a client with the assignment of their lease, which only had 2.5 years remaining and was outside of the 1954 act, so not necessarily renewable. Director, Will Thomas, negotiated with the landlord and found a new tenant who wanted to take a new longer lease to ensure more security for themselves and the landlord, which was to the benefit of all parties.
The unit, offering 4,321 sq ft, is located on the established Euro Business Park to the north of the town centre, with good access to the A26 and wider Sussex Road networks.
