Following a short and competitive marketing period, the property attracted multiple offers for both purchase and to lease, underlining the continued strength of demand for quality freehold industrial and warehouse opportunities. A sale was ultimately agreed to a continued operator, achieving a price in excess of the guide, at £1,430,000.
The campaign demonstrated strong owner occupier appetite, particularly within the Peninsula and Chichester area, where an active list of requirements remains firmly in place. Demand also extends further afield, with medium and larger freehold industrial opportunities continuing to be sought across the county.
