Alex Minchell is Promoted to Director

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce the appointment of Alex Minchell as Director.
Alex has been with Flude for nine years and has developed extensive experience within the business, working in our Professional department. Throughout this time, Alex has built strong expertise in professional surveying matters and achieved qualification as a RICS Chartered Surveyor in May 2024, reflecting a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
Edward Flude, Director, commented, “Alex has proved himself to be an exceptionally competent lease advisory surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, consistently offering clients a highly professional service. In addition to this, his contributions to the business are wide-ranging and include offering support and mentoring to other colleagues working towards their RICS qualifications. He has a level head and a commercial mind, and my fellow directors and I are pleased to announce his promotion to Director.”
