CPN Auction Launch

As members of the The Commercial Property Network (CPN), Flude Property Consultants are thrilled to be a part of the new national CPN Auction service that launches in March.
This is an additional service that we are now able to offer to clients who are looking for an alternative sale route to private treaty.
Sale by Auction can be a very good option for the right property or circumstances. Providing national marketing exposure via CPN (the largest national network of commercial agents in the UK), due diligence undertaken in advance and a deadline for sale (subject to the agreed reserve being met).
In using the CPN auction service Flude acting as joint auctioneers. Fees are very competitive compared to the large auction houses.
CPN Auctions are now calling for entries.
