Flude Property Consultants Complete High-Profile Acquisition for The Implant Centre

Flude Property Consultants have completed the acquisition of the ground floor premises at Church Corner House, The Broadway, Haywards Heath, on behalf of the award-winning dental implant practice, The Implant Centre. Crickmay acted for the landlord in the transaction.
The premises occupy a highly prominent position in the centre of Haywards Heath, on the corner of The Broadway close to its junction with South Road and Church Road. The space extends to approximately 3,300 sq ft, with The Implant Centre taking occupation of the ground floor as part of a brand-new development, with residential flats above.
The Implant Centre has relocated from its previous premises at Heath Square, Boltro Road, where the practice had been established for a number of years. The practice also operates from 61 Holland Road, Hove, which Flude acquired on their behalf several years ago and which has since been extensively refurbished to create a state-of-the-art dental surgery.
