The 2025 annual CoStar awards have been announced, and Flude are delighted to share that we have been recognised as:
- Winners of the Most Active Office Disposal Agent for both the total number of deals and the total quantity of square footage transacted in Brighton & Hove.
- Runner up of the Most Active Office Disposal Agent for total number of deals on the South Coast.
- In the top 5 agents for the Investment Award – Regional Investment Agency in the South East.
Securing 1st place as the Most Active Office Disposal Agent marks an incredible sixth consecutive year at the top. This achievement is a testament to Ed Deslandes and Nick Martin and their prolific activity in the office market.
